Bridgewater Police investigating threatening call directed at high school student
BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Bridgewater Police Department said it is investigating after a parent went to the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School to report that they received an anonymous phone call threatening their child with a weapon.
The school was put into a shelter-in-place state, and police found there was “no credible threat” to the student or the school community after multiple searches.
The department said that detectives are actively investigating the matter and are working to identify a suspect.
