Brown shooter’s death ruled suicide by New Hampshire Department of Justice

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said that the state’s Department of Justice Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled Brown University shooter Claudio Manuel Neves Valente’s death a suicide.
An autopsy found that the 48-year-old died from a gunshot wound to the head.
He was estimated to have died on Dec. 16.
Valente was determined to be the man who shot and killed two Brown University students on Dec. 13 as well as having murdered MIT professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro.
