Burrillville schools to move to distance learning for remainder of week

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WLNE)- Students in Burrillville will be learning from home for the remainder of the week, according to a notice sent to families on Wednesday.
The department said that they are experiencing a rise in COVID-19 cases across all schools.
There has been an average of 430 absent students and 38 absent teachers each day.
Anyone with questions should reach out to their child’s classroom teacher or school principal via email, the school department said.
