Burrillville substitute teacher facing multiple charges of child molestation

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WLNE)- 56-year-old Michael Langelier, from North Smithfield, has been charged with five counts of second-degree child molestation.

Langelier worked as a substitute teacher at Burrillville elementary school from 2011 to 2012 when the incidents allegedly occurred.

According to court documents Langelier sexually assaulted a female victim under the age of 14 multiple times.

Langelier will be back in court on March 24.
