Car crashes into Goodwill in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Attleboro Fire Department said a car crashed through the front doors of the Goodwill on Washington Street on Friday.

The department responded to the store around 3:30 p.m. to find a car resting against clothing racks.

No customers or staff inside the store were struck or injured, and the driver was also uninjured.

A tow truck was used to remove the car.

The Attleboro Building Inspection Department responded to the scene and determined that there was no structural damage to the building, although it had been temporarily closed.

The incident is under investigation.
