Car crashes into tree in Raynham, driver flown to hospital

RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — A car slammed into a tree in front of a home in Raynham early Tuesday morning.

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. on White Street.

Raynham Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita said that the driver of the car had to be flown to a local hospital for treatment. Officials did not specify the extent of the driver’s injuries.

ABC 6 News crews at the scene witnessed a car with significant front-end damage. Police blocked off streets for more than an hour as they tried to determine what led up to the crash.
