Car drives into Somerset Country Store

SOMERSET, Mass. (WLNE) — A car drove into the Somerset Country Store on Thursday night.

Police said the crash occurred around 8 a.m. when an SUV drove through the front window of the store.

The clerk of the store was sitting near the window but was uninjured. Both passengers in the vehicle declined medical attention.

Police added that the store plans to open tomorrow. The building inspector was called to the scene but their findings have not been made public.
