Cardi’s holds Ukraine Aid Drive, has to stop early due to overwhelming turnout
WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE)- Cardi’s Furniture and Mattresses held their Urkaine Aid Drive on Saturday morning, collecting donations to benefit the people of Ukraine.
The drive was started at 8 a.m. at the three Cardi’s locations in Warwick, South Attleboro, and Seekonk.
Cardi’s had to shut down the drive early because all of the trucks carrying the donations had reached full capacity.
