Celtics fans celebrate NBA championship at duck boat parade
BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Boylston Street was a party during the Celtics’ championship duck boat parade Friday.
“I am so excited to represent the Celtics,” Coventry resident Lauren Jennings said.
Horns, cheers, and green and white confetti filled the city as the team waved and shouted to fans.
For Jennings, seeing Head Coach Joe Mazzulla was a highlight of her day.
“I have cousins in Johnston,” she said. “It’s awesome to be from there and to represent.”
