Central Falls hosting community survey on design of new high school

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera said the city is hosting a community survey on the design of the new high school.
Rivera said that students and their families can give their input on what “local figures and inspirational quotes” should be on the walls of the new building.
Options for what should be part of the school’s design include a mural or wall graphics, and the designs will be included on all four floors.
“Your input is invaluable as we strive to create a learning environment that not only supports our students and teachers, but also sends a powerful message: that every student matters, and that education is the cornerstone of our community’s future,” Rivera said.
The survey can be found here.
Survey responses are being accepted through Aug. 1.
