CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Attorney General Peter Neronha announced that a Central Falls man has been found guilty of the 2014 murder of Robert Bullard.

Malcolm Querido, 36, was found guilty of second-degree murder and is being held without bail at the ACI.

Neronha shared that during the trial, the state provided beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant murdered Bullard.

On Sept. 7, 2014, an argument between Bullard and a woman broke out at the Allston St. Apartment in Providence, which she shared with Querido.

When the woman began to yell, Querido burst into the room and stabbed Bullard to death.

Officials responded to the scene after the woman called 911 and Querido fled the scene.

First responders transported Bullard to the hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
