Central Falls Police arrest eight people during undercover “John Sting”

Central Falls, RI – Central Falls Police announce the arrest of eight people Friday during an undercover "John Sting".  Three female police officers posed as prostitutes and were placed in high traffic areas. These arrests were made in conjunction with the Burrillville Police Department, the Cumberland Police Department and the Pawtucket Police Department.

Those arrested were:

Joseph Parente, 61, of Cranston

Joao Dias, 24, of Pawtucket

Richard Marsocci, 74 , of Pawtucket

George Messier, 79, of Pawtucket

Stanley Dowicki, 73, of Lincoln

Kevin Roldan, 20, of Providence

Leonardo Estrada, 30, of Central Falls

All were charged with Soliciting from a Motor Vehicle for an Indecent Purpose and were arraigned before a District Court Bail Commissioner.  They were given future court dates in the month of July.

Holly Martins, 30, of Providence, was arrested on a Superior Court Bench warrant and was transported to the ACI in Cranston until she can be brought in front of a Judge in Superior Court on Monday.
