Central Falls youth soccer players to receive new Adidas shoes through FIFA-funded charity

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Around 150 kids in Central Falls will be walking home with brand-new Adidas turf shoes and socks today.

That’s due to the efforts of Project Goal, which received a donation from the FIFA Foundation.

The shoes will be given out to youth soccer players in the city as well as the Calcutt Middle School soccer team.

Project Goal will be joined by Mayor Maria Rivera to pass out the shoes at 6:15 this evening at the Yip Soccer Field.
