Chef Gordon Ramsay injured in bicycle accident in Connecticut

NEW LONDON, Conn. (WLNE) — Food Network’s Chef Gordon Ramsay said he was injured while riding his bike in Connecticut this weekend.
In a tweet, Ramsay shared that he was doing okay and was thankful for the doctors and nurses that took care of him at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital.
“It really shook me, and honestly, I’m really lucky to be here,” Ramsay said in the video.
Ramsay urged viewers to wear their helmets and be safe.
“It’s the reason why I’m here,” he said.
