Chilly, breezy, and dry start to the workweek!

Wind is picking up from the Northeast at this time keeping the wind chill in the mid-30s.  Clouds ushering in from the Ocean that may lead to a spot shower overnight and tomorrow.  Chance of rain will again be present on Wednesday.  A front will bring widespread rain on Thursday into Friday morning with temperatures climbing to seasonable and slightly above average.  Easter weekend is looking promising with sunshine and temperatures around 50.  Breezy conditions will prevail.
