Civil suit filed in breast milk jewelry case

A civil suit has been filed with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office against “Mommy Milk Creations,” a business that creates jewelry products out of mothers’ breast milk.

The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit filed the suit after receiving more than 100 complaints from customers who claim the owner, Allicia Mogavero, of Wakefield, accepted money for jewelry products that they never received within the one year period stated in the contract.
