Turns Breezy this Afternoon with Partial Sunshine

Mix of sun and clouds this afternoon.  Winds will pick up, gusting up to 25 mph.  The dry conditions, Relative Humidity below 30%, and the 20-25 mph winds will trigger an Elevated Fire Weather Risk.  Dry conditions will prevail tonight, chilly, and winds will subside.  Tomorrow features more sun than clouds and temperatures a couple of degrees cooler than average.  Middle of the week will arrive with increasing clouds and a system triggering a slight chance of rain late in the day into first part of the night.  Cool, dry, and windy on Thursday into the overnight hours.  We expect to wrap up the workweek with sunshine, cool, wind from the West 10-15 mph.  Chance of rain increases by Friday night into Saturday around 40%.  Potential hint for some mix and or snow with temperatures in the upper 20 overnight.  Sunday drier, cooler in the lower 40s with Gusts up to 30 mph.
