Peeks of sunshine this afternoon

Sun is peeking through the clouds this afternoon.  Cloudy skies prevail in the region with temperatures climbing into the mid to low-40s.  A cold front is headed our way with precipitation developing ahead of this boundary.  We may see some rain late tonight with the potential of snow to the south with a mix and rain into Friday.  Temperatures will be in the low-40s Friday with colder air back for the weekend with plenty of sunshine.  Seasonable temperatures on Saturday in the mid-30s and around 40 on Sunday.  Dry conditions with seasonable temperatures will extend into the middle of the week.
