Cloudy and mild today with flooding potential ahead

Light rain this afternoon with patchy for and mild.  Temperatures are well-above average, low-50s.  Rain moves back into the region overnight into tomorrow morning.  Highs tomorrow, mid-40s.  Dry conditions tomorrow afternoon through Saturday.  The next storm system move in on Sunday into Monday with rain at the onset.  Temperatures will then fall overnight to below freezing allowing for a changeover to a mix then to snow.  Monday morning expecting to see the snow continue.  Dry overnight Monday through the middle of the week with temperatures back to seasonable by Wednesday.
