PROVINCETOWN, MASS. — A dramatic rescue off the coast of Provincetown was caught on camera Sunday.

The Coast Guard hoisted a 24-year-old victim from his ship “Athena” into a medevac after he became sick on his boat Sunday afternoon.

Five foot waves, strong winds, and dark conditions made the rescue somewhat difficult, according to the Coast Guard.

The fisherman was transported to Cape Cod Hospital where he is in stable condition.
