Cold morning to sunny and seasonable afternoon

Cold morning will give way to a sunny afternoon with seasonable temperatures in the upper-30s.  Clouds will linger overnight keeping the lows around 30.  Tomorrow more clouds than sun with wintry precipitation moving in late in the day with temperatures in the upper-30s.  Overnight into Wednesday morning will see sleet changeover to snow with less than 1″ in accumulation.  Morning snow will changeover to sleet then rain on Wednesday, highs around 40.  Unsettled weather prevails overnight Wednesday through Friday morning with rain.  Temperatures will go from the low-40s to mid-50s on Friday.  Weekend looks quiet with temperatures from the upper to low-40s.  Mostly dry with slight chance of rain on Sunday.
