Columbus Theater closing in June

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Columbus Theater in Providence will be shutting its doors in June.

The theater said that the final show will be on June 9, and that currently scheduled events will occur as planned.

The theater is also looking for “someone who has the passion, energy, resources, and vision necessary to keep this beautiful space a home for the arts in Providence.”
