Comedy show fundraiser to honor Matt Dennison

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — A comedy show fundraiser will be held Saturday evening in honor of Matt Dennison, a Warwick teen that was seriously injured in a crash February and later died.

The event is called “Clap Back with Matt” and will be at the West Warwick Civic Center on Factory Street.

His friend and former hockey teammate, Kevin MacDonald, was in the car with Dennison when the crash happened.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
