PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo is featured on Time magazine’s influence people for their AI issue.

The magazine shared the new cover on social media on Thursday.

Raimondo is among 100 individuals influencing artificial intelligence in the world today, according to the magazine.

According to the magazine, under her leaderhip the Biden-Harris administration has secured “voluntary commitments from many leading companies in the sector on issues of AI safety, security, and public trust.”
