Christmas got off to a rough start for Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline. The democrat tweeted early Christmas morning that his car was broken into.
The thieves got away with a briefcase, iPad, and wallet. They also stole his Christmas gifts.
The Congressman says he was bummed about the thefts, but did say his family was very understanding.
