Connecticut man arrested after pursuit in Mansfield

MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) — The Mansfield Police Department said that a Connecticut man was arrested after a pursuit Thursday.

32-year-old Nathaniel Mutts was charged with failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and number plate violation.

Police said an officer identified Mutts’ vehicle as having a cancelled registration and attempted to stop him, which resulted in a pursuit onto Route 140, Walnut Street, and West Street, which ended in the parking lot of an apartment building.

Mutts had two active warrants for his arrest.
