Conservation nonprofit hosts 4th Rootstock

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — Revive the Roots hosted its fourth annual Rootstock music festival Sunday.

Organizers said the event featured seven regional performances as well as workshops, vendors, and food.

“This is a celebration for us, it’s a celebration of our volunteers that turn up all the time throughout the year to make this space what it is, it’s a celebration of this beautiful land,” Executive Director Hannah Martin said.
