Cooler with clouds to rain today

Overcast with rain moving in this afternoon.  Temperatures climb into the upper-40s, few degrees below average.  Normal high is 54.  Overnight, the rain will pick up in intensity and taper off after midnight.  Tomorrow will be cloudy with heavy rain, courtesy of a robust storm system.  Heavy rain is expected by the afternoon into the overnight and through first part of Thursday.  Temperatures will remain on the cool side both days, in the lower-40s.  The will will also be a factor that may lead to the potential of power outages.  Conditions may improve by Friday if the system doesn’t stall.  If it stalls, it my linger into part of the weekend.  For now, weekend looks quiet with temperatures from mid-40s to low-50s.  Sunday looks sunny with this fabulous weather extending into Monday, Solar Eclipse Day with temperatures around 60.
