Coventry Fire Chief who was with department for 49 years retires

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — Hopkins Hill Fire District Fire District Chief Frank Brown retired Friday.

Brown joined the department in 1976, and had been chief since 1992.

IAFF Local 3372 said that Kevin Cady, a 27-year veteran of the department, would serve as interim fire chief.
