Coventry house fire sends father and daughter to hospital

COVENTRY, R.I. – A father and daughter were transported to Rhode Island Hospital following at their home late Thursday evening.
Authorities say they responded to a residence on Clarke Road around 11:55 p.m.
A father believed to be in his sixties and his juvenile daughter were transported to the hospital with minor burns.
The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time.
