Coventry man sentenced to life in prison for molestation

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — The Coventry Police Department said a man who was convicted of seven counts of first-degree child molestation was sentenced to life in prison.

David Ouellette was sentenced to serve life plus 30 years for assaulting a juvenile female victim between 1998 and 2002.

He was found guilty after a five-day trial in September.
