Coventry to hold forum on purchase of Johnson’s Pond

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — Coventry Town Solicitor Stephen Angell said he will be hosting a question and answer session on July 1 focused on the town’s purchase of Johnson’s Pond.

The town said that, as of June 28, it is the owner of the pond and its associated land, dam and structures.

The forum will be begin at 6 p.m. at the Coventry High School auditorium.

Angell said he will be taking any answers on “anything to do with the pond.”
