SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — A coyote pup was found abandoned in Smithfield late Tuesday afternoon.
Smithfield Animal Control said the pup was found near Route 44.
“This little guy was transported to the Wildlife Clinic in Saunderstown and is getting the proper care it needs,” said animal control.
No further information was immediately released.
