Cranston dad arrested for DUI, driving with son

A Cranston father is accused of driving under the influence with his 10–year–old son in the car.
38–year–old Christopher Otero was arrested Saturday afternoon after striking a parked car at a city business and taking off.
Police say Otero’s 10-year-old son was in the front passenger seat during the incident.
The boy was not hurt and was released to a family member.
Otero had a blood alcohol content of 0.291 which is three times more than the legal limit.
He is being held overnight.
