The suspect in a Cranston bank robbery has been arrested in Attleboro.

Police say 27-year-old Shannon Sampson, of Johnston, walked into the Santander Bank on Reservoir Avenue Tuesday morning and slipped a note to the teller demanding cash.

Surveillance images showed the suspect, and after an investigation police were able to identify her. They received a tip shortly after saying that she was seen at the Attleboro Motor Inn, and she was later arrested by Attleboro Police.

She will be arraigned Wednesday on a second degree robbery charge.
