Crash backs up highway in Richmond

RICHMOND, R.I. (WLNE) — A crash reported around 5 a.m. in Richmond near exit 9 (RI-3 to RI-165/ Arcadia/ Exeter) backed up traffic and left only one lane open for four hours.

According to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation a person was hurt in the crash.
