Crews called to car fire on highway shoulder in Lincoln

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE) — Officials are on scene of a car fire on the left shoulder of I-295 south near exit 18B in Lincoln.

The fire was reported at approximately 6 a.m. Friday near the exit for route 146 north and Woonsocket.

Officials are advising travelers to drive slowly through the area as the fire is addressed.
