Cumberland police ask for help identifying alleged porch pirate
CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WLNE) — The Cumberland Police Department is asking for the publics help identifying a man they say stole a package from a home on Mohawk Street.
According to police, on December 1, at about 3:30 p.m., a dark colored Toyota SUV approaches the home on Mohawk Street.
Ring camera footage shared by the department shows a man wearing ripped blue jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt gets out of the SUV and takes the package from the front step.

Cumberland police shared this image of the person who they say stole a package off a resident’s front porch.
Police said the package was an order the resident was expecting and it was delivered just a few minutes before the theft.
