UPDATE: Hearing requested following alleged secret videotaping of female patron

DARTMOUTH, MASS (WLNE)- A customer claimed she was secretly videotaped while in the bathroom at Fantastic Nails, according to the Dartmouth Police Department in a statement on February 1st.

As a result of evidence gathered by the department, Police have requested that a hearing be scheduled with a Clerk Magistrate for the alleged suspect, 31-year-old Fall River Resident, Nam Trang.  

Police have not released any additional information regarding the hearing.
