Dartmouth man arrested for exposing himself to women

DARTMOUTH, MASS (WLNE) – Dartmouth Police said on Monday they arrested a man for exposing himself to women. 

Jose Luis Diaz, was arrested as a result on an investigation conducted by Dartmouth Police, after it was alleged by multiple women over the course of a few days that Diaz had accosted and exposed himself to them. 

According to the department, Diaz was charged with open and gross lewdness, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor, and a marked lanes violation. 

At the time of his arrest, Diaz was operating a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan registered in his name. 

Police say Diaz was also the suspect in a similar incident which occurred at the University of Massachusetts of Dartmouth.
