Dartmouth Police arrest three in connection to 2016 armed robbery

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) – Dartmouth Police arrested three Massachusetts men Friday in connection with a November 2016 armed robbery at a Shell gas station.
The robbery occurred at the Shell gas station on State Road in Dartmouth on November 25, 2016.
Robert Perard, 38, of Canton, was charged with Robbery, Firearm-Armed and Masked, Assault and Battery with Dangerous Weapon, Witness Intimidation, and Conspiracy.
Felicia President, 30, of Westport, was charged with Robbery, Firearm-Armed and Masked, and Conspiracy.
Chelsea President, 27, of Taunton, was charged with Robbery, Firearm-Armed and Masked, Witness Intimidation, and Conspiracy.
"This is yet another shining example of our Detective Division’s dedication to bringing closure to a very serious crime. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and that the collective efforts put forth by the members of both Dartmouth P.D. detectives and the Massachusetts State Police VFAS Unit, had a positive and peaceful ending,” said Acting Chief Brian Levesque.
