Dartmouth Police say a Westport man was seriously injured after motorcycle crash

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — Dartmouth police said a Westport man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle crash on Tuesday.

Just before noon, police responded to Division Road for a report of a multi-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.

Police discovered the motorcyclist, a 70-year-old Westport man, had “life-threatening injuries.” He was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital.

The operator of the other vehicle, a 19-year-old Westport man, stayed on scene and cooperated with police.

The crash is under investigation.
