DCYF discloses near fatality of 14-year-old

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) has disclosed the near fatality of a 14-year-old youth.

The incident occurred on Jan. 14 and the family was open to the department.

DCYF notified the Office of the Child Advocate.
