Dighton Fire Department responds to house fire
DIGHTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Dighton Fire Department said it responded to a house fire on Middle Street.
The fire occurred around 5 p.m.
Firefighters said the fire started in a closet off the kitchen, and the homeowner had extinguished the visible fire by the time they arrived.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
