Doherty’s East Avenue Irish Pub closes

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) – Doherty’s East Avenue Irish Pub is closed.

The popular Pawtucket pub shut down at the end of July.

The Warwick location is still open and operating.

They will accept any Doherty’s gift cards at that spot.

A lawyer for the pub says that the owners of the East Avenue location are looking for someone new to open a pub and restaurant there.
