Dominican national convicted of drug trafficking indicted for illegal reentry

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom said that a Dominican national convicted for drug trafficking and deported was indicted for illegally reentering the United States.

54-year-old Kelvin Roberto Feliz had been held at the Adult Correctional Institutions since June 2024.

He was originally ordered deported in September 2014 following a conviction for trafficking heroin, and was removed in July 2015.
