Driver charged with OUI after car ends up in river

Swansea Police charge a man for OUI after his vehicle lands in Lee’s River.

According to the Swansea Fire Department, they arrived at Lee’s River near the end of Bayside Avenue just before midnight on Saturday for a report of a car in the water.

Police has not identified the suspect, but say he will be charged with operating under the influence.
