East Greenwich fire crew responds to actively burning car

EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WLNE) — An East Greenwich fire crew responded to a call of an unknown type fire Thursday night, arriving to find a car engulfed in flames.

According to a Facebook post from East Greenwich Firefighters Association IAFF L 3328, personnel responded to Frenchtown Road to find a fully-involved vehicle.

Ladder 1 responded to the incident, and there were no injuries.
