EAST GREENWICH, RI (WLNE) – An East Greenwich Police Officer was arrested Wednesday for  cyber harassing his ex-girlfriend back in June, Rhode Island State Police (RISP) said.

Humberto Montalban, 58, of West Warwick was arrested for one misdemeanor count of domestic cyber stalking and cyber harassment.

On June 25, the East Greenwich Police Department requested that RISP investigate a complaint against Montalban.
