The video footage shows officers speaking with people outside the home after the incident.
Police then chased Pavao after he refused to stop on Pawtucket Avenue. Officers said he led police on a chase through residential streets, causing a cruiser to crash into a home on Dover Avenue.
Pavao allegedly crashed into several vehicles during the pursuit to the point where his vehicle was inoperable.

Police said the debris along the chase route included discarded gun magazines.
Police said Pavao then fled on foot, and was later arrested in a parking lot.
Out of the 116 charges against Pavao, 106 are for possession of a large-capacity feeding device.
It was unknown why Pavao was in Rhode Island or what his connection was to the house on Estrell Drive.
He was ordered to have no contact with the residents and surrender all of his firearms.
Pavao is due back in court early next year.
